Ayodhya, Amrit Vichar: With the beginning of Kartik month, a large number of devotees are performing Kalpavas in Ramnagari. The tradition of darshan, worship and religious rituals will be completed by staying for a month in dozens of temples situated on the banks of Saryu, which will be given full sacrifice to the rituals by taking a bath on Kartik Purnima.

Every month in the 12 months of the year has its own religious significance. There is a provision for Kalpavas in different months in different pilgrimages. In this tradition, the tradition of Kartik Kalpavas in the pilgrimage city Ayodhya has been going on since ancient times. Lakhs of devotees have reached here to follow this tradition. These devotees have taken shelter in various ashrams. The routine of satsang along with chanting rituals and darshan-worship had started from Ashwin Purnima for Kalpvas on the banks of Saryu, where every morning the devotees are completing the tradition of donating lamps by taking a dip in the holy water stream of Saryu river. There is a possibility of huge crowd on Kartik Parikrama this year. Panchkosi Parikrama will be performed on Devotthani Ekadashi on 31st October. There will be a full moon on 5th November.

Have darshan of Ramlala every day

Savita Devi, a female devotee who came from Maharajganj, said that she is leaving her family and all household chores for a month and doing Kalpavas to worship and worship God. Every morning, after taking bath, after visiting Ram temple, Hanumangarhi and other temples, we perform Havan puja at our place and pray to God that our family and society progress a lot. May all problems end in the future.

I have come for the third time to visit Kalpavas.

Kalpvasi Rajendra Gupta told that this time it is our third year. Coming to Ayodhya for the last three years to fulfill this fantasy. There are four more people from the village with us. Rituals and worship are performed here. Told that after the upcoming 14 Kosi Parikrama and Panchkosi Parikrama, we will complete Kalpavas by taking full moon bath.
