Bodh Katha: The Secret of Success

Bodh Katha: The Secret of Success

Once upon a time. A scholar named Pragya Prakash lived in a village. He was rich in wealth, but he had so much knowledge that people from far and wide came to him to solve their problems. Pragya Prakash used to solve people’s problems with his experience and knowledge. That’s why everyone addressed him as Guruji. Its just matter of one day.

A young man came to Guruji and said – “Guruji, tell me the secret of success, I want that I too can become a scholar like you and get rid of my poverty.” Guruji smiled and called him to meet him at the river bank the next morning. The young man also had to take a bath, so he took his clothes and reached the river bank the next morning. Guruji took the young man to the deep water of the river, where the water reached above his neck and he drowned him.

The young man struggled for a while and then they left him. The young man ran out of the river panting. When he came to his senses he said, “Why do you want to kill me?” Guruji said – “No brother, I was telling you the secret of success. So tell me? When I immersed your neck in water, what were you desiring the most at that time?”

The young man said, “To breathe.” Guruji said – “This is the only secret of success. When you have such a strong desire for success, then you will get success. There is no other secret except this.” Education- Friends! If you want to achieve anything in life, then it is necessary to desire it intensely. Meaning all the time you should think about getting it. If it isn’t, you may get it late or you may not get it at all.
