New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday urged citizens to share songs based on Chhath festival. Chhath festival, celebrated six days after Diwali, is dedicated to the worship of Sun God and Chhathi Maiya. Modi called upon citizens to connect with the spirit of devotion and cultural unity by sharing songs dedicated to Chhathi Maiya. The Prime Minister posted on the social media platform ‘X’, “Chhath, the great festival dedicated to nature and culture, is about to come. Devotees have started preparing for it with full devotion across the country including Bihar.
He said, “The songs of Chhathi Maiya further enhance the grandeur and divinity of this auspicious occasion. You are requested to also share with me the songs related to Chhath Puja. I will share these with all the countrymen for the next few days.
