Lucknow/Varanasi, Amrit Vichar: Gorakshpeethadhishwar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday, on the first day of his two-day visit to Varanasi, performed darshan and worship of Baba Vishwanath and ‘Kashi Kotwal’ Kaal Bhairav ​​in the spiritual city of Kashi. After returning from the tour of Japan and Singapore, the Chief Minister’s stay was full of reverence, spontaneity and human compassion.

The Chief Minister first reached the Kaal Bhairav ​​temple and performed darshan and aarti and prayed for the happiness, prosperity and security of Kashi. He interacted cordially with the children present in the temple premises and blessed them by giving them chocolates. While coming out of the temple, the Chief Minister also stopped the children sitting in the nearby shops to inquire about their well being and their studies. The children also answered the Chief Minister’s questions with full enthusiasm.

Meanwhile, the children smilingly said, Happy Holi Baba Ji! The Chief Minister also smiled at this innocent wish of the children and wished them a happy Holi. The Chief Minister gave chocolates to the children and blessed them for their bright future. This scene became a glimpse of simplicity and closeness in the streets of Kashi.

Giving the message of cleanliness, the Chief Minister asked a nearby lassi seller to keep the curd covered. After this the Chief Minister reached Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham. Entering the sanctum sanctorum, he performed puja and anointment with the Shodashopachar method with wishes for public welfare, public welfare and prosperity of the state. He completed the puja as per the rituals by performing the aarti of Baba Vishwanath. During the darshan, the devotees present in the temple premises made the atmosphere devotional by chanting ‘Har Har Mahadev’. While leaving the temple, the Chief Minister also accepted the greetings of the devotees.
