Deepotsav Nodal Officer Prof. Sant Sharan Mishra said that more than 28 lakh lamps have been laid. The team of ‘Guinness Book of World Records’ is counting ghat wise lamps. University volunteers have made arrangements to make the ‘Swastika’ symbol with 80,000 lamps at ghat number 10. Tight security arrangements have been made for this event. Entry on the ghats without ID card will be prohibited.

Ayodhya District Magistrate Nikhil Tikaram Funde said that after the program of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday evening, a grand event of “laser show, light and sound show and drone show” will be organized at Ram Ki Paidi from around 8.30 pm. He said that on this occasion, the city of Ayodhya will glow with the light of innumerable lamps and the sound of devotion rising from the banks of Saryu will illuminate the entire atmosphere.
