Ayodhya, Amrit Vichar: Intermittent rain in Ramnagari for the last two days has made the weather pleasant, but along with it the cold has also increased. According to the Meteorological Department, the drizzle that started late on Wednesday evening turned into heavy rain on Thursday morning. Total 30 mm till evening. Rain was recorded.
According to the Meteorological Department officials, this rain is happening due to the effect of western disturbance, there are chances of rain till Friday i.e. 31st October. Due to rain, the maximum temperature dropped four degrees below normal to 26 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 18.5 degrees Celsius. Due to this, chill is being felt in the morning and evening and people have started resorting to warm clothes.
The devotees faced difficulties due to the spread of mud on the parikrama route, but all of them were seen completing the parikrama in the name of Ram. Due to rain, waterlogging was also seen in low-lying areas like Devkali, next to Naveen Sabzi Mandi, Wazirganj and Kandhari Bazaar. Continuous rain can cause damage to potato cultivation and in some places even the paddy lying in the fields. Dr. Amarnath Mishra, meteorologist of Acharya Narendra Dev Agricultural University, said that this rain will prove to be a boon for Rabi crops, especially the moisture in the soil will increase for sowing of wheat and mustard.
Now preparations for Panchkosi Parikrama begin
After the successful completion of 14 Kosi Parikrama, the administration has now started preparations for Panchkosi Parikrama. Panchkosi Parikrama is to be held on 1st November. 14 Kosi Parikrama Path got damaged at many places after rain. The reason for this was the soil on the road. Devotees had to walk through mud. Now it is being seen that this is not the case on the Panchkosi Parikrama Path. Where slippage increases due to soil. If the road somewhere is not black then what is its condition? What can be done.
