This time the theme of the ancient temple has been kept in South Kanpur Durga Puja Committee Ashok Nagar, established in the city since 1942. While entering the pandal, it will seem that they are coming to visit an old Durga temple in Kolkata. This time a Durga statue of about 12 feet will be installed in the pandal. It was told by the organizers that the artisans from Kolkata are especially from Kolkata to build the pandal and Durga statue.
