Hyundai India will launch the new generation venue in November 2025 with updated exterior and interior
Hyundai is preparing to launch several new cars in India in the next 8-12 months. Recently these cars have been seen during testing on the streets of India. Some of them are completely new generation models and some are updated (facelift) versions of existing cars. Here we are telling about the 4 Hyundai cars that have been seen during testing and which are coming soon in the Indian market.
1. New Gen Hyundai Venue
The new model of the Venue Compact SUV will be launched in the Indian market in November. However, before the official launch, it has been seen testing several occasions. The new generation venue will see changes in the case of styling, cabin and features. The special thing is that it is expected to have Level 2 Adas technology and many advanced security features.
The new venue will find the existing petrol and diesel engines, including 1.2 liters of naturally-aspirated petrol, 1.0 liter turbocharged petrol and 1.5 liter diesel engine. The transmission option is also likely to be retained from the existing model itself. However, Hyundai can introduce the IMT gearbox with diesel trim. In the Indian market, it will compete with Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonnet, Skoda Callac and Tata Nexon.
2. 2026 Hyundai i20 facelift
The new generation Hyundai i20 was recently captured on camera in Gurgaon (Haryana) and may be launched in our country by mid -2026. The current version of this hatchback was available for sale in 2022 about three years ago. We hope that the new generation model will have many important designs updates.

I20’s hardcore rival Tata Ultraz received updates earlier this year with many modern features. Therefore, it is safe to assume that 2026 i20 will also have more premium than its old model. It is expected to have a 12.3-inch dual-screen setup and a central touchscreen infotainment system for the driver’s digital display. It may also have a 360-degree camera level 1 Adas suite. At the moment, we do not expect any kind of mechanical change in the new hatch.
3. 2026 Hyundai Verna
Hyundai launched the fourth generation Verna in March 2023 and now the company is developing a facelift version of this sedan. It has been seen near the brand plant in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Pictures indicate that the design would have some small changes, including new bumpers, new design alloy wheels and new front grille.
Inside the cabin, Hyundai can improve many big features to make this sedan even more attractive and compete with the premium appeal of competitors such as Skoda Slavia and Volkswagen Warts. The current generation Hyundai Verna is available with 8-inch and 10.25-inch touchscreen systems, but the new generation model may have a large 12.3-inch dual screen setup. In the new version, ventilation feature can also be found in the rear seats. There is no possibility of any change in engine and gearbox options.
4. Hyundai Ioniq 5 facelift
Hyundai Ionic 5 Electric sedan, launched in February 2023, will soon come to the Indian market. It has already been revealed in global markets, but the India-Spake model is likely to be available for sale in early 2026. Hyundai Ionic 5 facelift has visual updates, better comfort and long range. The battery pack is earlier larger and provides a driving range of over 500+ kilometers. It is the major electric model of the brand in India, followed by Creta EV.
