He said that this change will make it easier for more people to buy private vehicles. Also, he also said that Tata Motors will provide full advantage of this deduction to all its customers.
The festive season has started this year and new low prices are expected to increase demand, as it could not have a better time. Tata Motors has asked customers to book early so that they do not have to wait long, as there is a possibility of more order for delivery after low prices are implemented.
These new prices have come at an important time for Tata as the company wants to strengthen its grip in both entry-level and premium segment. GST cuts have made the price of its models even more attractive. Hybrid vehicles will be the biggest advantage of this tax reform. Earlier, compact cars with petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG and hybrid engines used to be 28% GST, but now it has been reduced to only 18%. This new rate will apply to trains whose engine is less than 1500 cc and the length is up to 4,000 mm.
