New Delhi. Bajaj Auto has officially announced the launch date of its first CNG motorcycle, which will be the world’s first motorcycle. The motorcycle will be launched on July 5, 2024, which will prove to be a milestone in the global automotive industry. Earlier, no CNG motorcycle has been introduced in any market around the world. The launch event will take place in the presence of Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and Bajaj Auto Managing Director Rajiv Bajaj.
Special things of CNG bike
According to the teaser released by Bajaj, the CNG motorcycle will have a flat single seat design. It is expected to have two fuel tanks – one for CNG and the other for petrol. The company claims that it will be easy to switch between two fuel tanks. Deciding the fair price of this innovative bike will be an important step for the company.
What will be special features in CNG bike?
This CNG motorcycle, which will be the world’s first motorcycle to be launched in the Indian market, can prove to be a game-changer. This bike with the Kodename “Bruzer” can be found in a new name when it is launched. Bajaj claims that the CNG motorcycle will reduce the cost of running compared to petrol by about 50%.
First step in two-wheeler CNG
Bajaj Auto has a long history of making two-wheelers and has already introduced CNG models in the three-wheeler segment. However, this will be the first time the company will step into the two-wheeler segment with the CNG model. This bike is going to be the world’s first CNG motorcycle.
