The new Maruti Suzuki Brezza will debut on July 24 and will get updated exterior, interior and new features.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has started booking the new 2026 Maruti Brezza along with its first teaser. Customers can book the new 2026 Maruti Brezza at their nearest ARENA dealership or through the company’s official website by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000.

Since its launch in 2016, Brezza has become India’s best-selling compact SUV. The company says that the new Brezza will come with modern features, new design and many updates, which will give customers a better experience than before. In the Indian market, it competes with SUVs like Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO.

On this occasion, Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales), Maruti Suzuki India, said, “Brezza has achieved tremendous success since 2016. More than 14 lakh (1.4 million) customers have trusted this SUV in the last 10 years, which reflects its popularity and strong hold in the segment. He said that the new 2026 Brezza has been designed keeping in mind the preferences of the customers. And this SUV will come with more excitement and new experience than before.”

It is getting new front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheels and some cosmetic changes, which will make its look more attractive than before. Mild changes are also expected to be made in the cabin. It can get a new interior theme, updated infotainment system, new user interface and fully digital instrument cluster. Apart from this, Maruti Suzuki has introduced some new comforts. And Can also add convenience features.

The biggest change can be seen in the engine. For the first time, the company can offer 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine in the new Brezza. This engine can come with the option of 5-speed manual and automatic gearbox. If this engine comes in Brezza, then the performance of the SUV will be better and it will be able to give tough competition to its rivals in the compact SUV segment.

Apart from this, the existing 1.5-litre K15C DualJet naturally aspirated petrol engine will also continue to be available in Maruti Brezza. This engine generates power of 102 bhp and torque of 137 Nm. The company will also continue with its factory-fitted CNG variant, which will deliver 87 bhp power and 121.5 Nm torque. Also, the company can make a big change in the position of CNG cylinder. Instead of keeping the cylinder in the boot space like the current model, it can be installed under the floor of the car. By doing this you will get more boot space than before. The company has already used this technology in Victoris.
