Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition variants get leatherette seats and the option of Comfort Packs with additional features
Citroen India has launched the Aircross Comfort Edition to mark its 108th anniversary. The starting price of this special edition has been kept at Rs 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has added many new features, better interior and additional comfort features in it. Its booking has started at Citroen dealerships across the country and the company’s online platform.
Aircross Comfort Edition is available in three variants. The price of You NA MT has been kept at Rs 9.09 lakh, Plus NA MT has been priced at Rs 9.99 lakh and Plus Turbo 7-seater MT has been priced at Rs 11.99 lakh. This edition aims to offer more features and better value compared to the regular Aircross model.
The biggest feature of this edition is its new interior. Metropolitan Beige leatherette upholstery is standard in all variants. Apart from this, premium elements like adjustable front and rear headrest, soft-touch interior surface and silver finish have also been added. The company has especially focused on improving the comfort and premium feel of the cabin.
Citroen has also introduced three different Comfort Packs for the customers. The You Pack gets a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, fog lamps, reverse camera and other styling updates. Wireless charger, reverse camera and additional exterior styling elements are provided in Plus Pack. Whereas Max Pack includes features like JBL audio system, amplifier and front, cabin and rear dashcam. The dashcam also has alert features for situations like front collision, lane change and pedestrian collision.
Mechanically, no changes have been made to the Aircross Comfort Edition. As before, it has 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine options. This SUV is available in both 5-seater and 7-seater layouts, making it a practical option for families.
Overall, the new Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition comes with improved interiors, additional features and several new package options. This could prove to be an attractive option for customers looking for a feature-loaded family SUV in a budget of Rs 9 lakh to Rs 12 lakh.
