Features and cosmetic changes have been given in the Diesel Ultra Red Dark Edition of Tata Harrier and Safari, which makes the vehicle look more premium and attractive.
Tata Motors has now introduced Ultra Red Dark Edition in diesel variants, further strengthening the lineup of Harrier and Safari in the Indian market. Earlier this special edition was limited to petrol versions only, but now diesel buyers will also be able to avail the benefits of this premium trim.
The Harrier and Safari were available only in diesel engines until January 2026. After this the company launched the petrol version and along with it Ultra Red Dark Edition was also introduced. Now Tata has also included it in diesel variants, which will give more options to the customers.
The new Ultra Red Dark Edition diesel variants are placed at the top of the lineup. Talking about the prices, the price of Harrier Ultra Diesel Manual starts from Rs 23,84,990 and the price of Safari Ultra Diesel Manual (7-seater) starts from Rs 24,49,990 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The Ultra Red Dark Edition has been given a special Ultra Red color along with Tata’s Dark Edition styling, which gives it a more premium and sporty look. This variant is also quite rich in terms of features. This top variant comes with features like 14.5-inch Harman infotainment system (with Samsung Neo QLED technology), Dolby Atmos sound system, VisioneX E-IRVM (with in-built dashcam), VisionSync memory ORVMs, dual camera washer system and built-in navigation with Mappls Auto.
All these features are aimed at making driving more comfortable and improving the cabin experience, especially during long journeys. By introducing Ultra Red Dark Edition in diesel variant, Tata Motors has catered to the needs of those customers who prefer diesel for better mileage and torque, but also want top-end premium features.
Tata Motors is planning to launch some new cars in India this year, which include Tiago ICE and Electric. Also, the electric version of Sierra will also be launched in the coming months. The first model of the Avinya range may also be launched by the end of this year.
