The Mahindra Scorpio N facelift will see changes in the exterior and interior, while the powertrain options will remain the same. will remain
Mahindra launched Scorpio N in the Indian market in the year 2022 and as soon as it was launched, it proved to be a huge hit product for the company. It received huge number of bookings and also had a long waiting period. From time to time, the company has updated minor features in it, which also includes the recently added Level-2 ADAS.
Now Scorpio N is ready for its first facelift update. Mahindra Scorpio N facelift is expected to be launched in the first half of 2026. This SUV has been seen several times during testing. Based on the pictures, it can be said that there will be no major change in its overall body shape and silhouette, which means there is less possibility of major changes in the sheet metal.
The exterior updates may be mainly limited to small plastic parts, along with new LED headlamps, fog lamps and tail lamps. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of getting a new front grille in the facelift model, although it has not been confirmed at the moment. The alloy wheels seen on the testing model are the same as the existing model, but the facelift is expected to get redesigned alloy wheels for the 17-inch and 18-inch sizes.
Additionally, the top-spec variants may also get the option of 19-inch alloy wheels, as seen on the Thar Rocks. Talking about the interior, not much information has been revealed at the moment, but it is expected that the new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system found in Thar Rocks will be given in Scorpio N facelift. Mild changes can also be seen in the layout of the dashboard and center console.
Apart from this, changes can also be made in the cabin theme and upholstery. It will be interesting to see if Mahindra also adds a fully digital instrument cluster and panoramic sunroof, as the Scorpio N is the only model in the current line-up that does not offer these features.
There will be no changes in the Scorpio N facelift in terms of engine. As before, it will be provided with 2.0-litre mStallion petrol and 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engines, which will be paired with 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox. This SUV will come with a rear-wheel drive (RWD) setup as standard, while 4WD option will also be available in select diesel variants.
