Mahindra Thar Roxx Star Edition gets all-black leatherette seats with suede accents, piano black finish grille, piano black alloy wheels and a new attractive color
Mahindra has today launched the new Thar Roxx Star Edition in the Indian market. This is an exclusive and premium edition of the Thar ROXX range, designed for customers who want an exclusive look and differentiation in their SUV. The Roxx Star Edition combines Thar’s renowned off-road capability with attractive exteriors and a premium cabin design.
This new edition has all-black leatherette seats with suede accents, which give a more premium and sporty feel to the cabin. The piano black finish grille at the front and piano black alloy wheels further enhance its powerful presence.
Talking about color options, a new and attractive Citrine Yellow Hero color has been included in it. Apart from this, options of Tango Red, Everest White and Stealth Black colors will also be available.
The Mahindra Thar Roxx Star Edition continues to feature the same reliable engine and gearbox options, including the G20 TGDi mStallion petrol engine (130 kW power and 380 Nm torque) and the D22 mHawk diesel engine (128.6 kW power and 400 Nm torque). Both engines are available with manual and automatic transmissions. All variants come with rear-wheel drive (RWD) system.
The price of Thar Roxx Star Edition has been kept at Rs 17.85 lakh for petrol automatic. Whereas diesel manual is available for Rs 16.85 lakh and diesel automatic for Rs 18.35 lakh. Thar Roxx Star EDN offers a perfect blend of comfort and technology. It has features like front ventilated seats, sliding armrest, 60:40 split rear seats, automatic climate control, cruise control and panoramic sunroof.
It also includes a 26.03 cm HD touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, Adrenox connected car technology, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, surround view camera and 9-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system. This SUV has received a 5-star safety rating in India NCAP. It has safety features like 6 airbags, TPMS, front and rear parking sensors, rear camera, auto dimming IRVM, E-call and SOS.
