Maruti Suzuki Victoris has already crossed the 25,000 booking figure and its waiting period for select variants is about 10 weeks
Maruti Suzuki started the festive season with its best start in ten years, as more than 1.65 lakh vehicles have been sold in the first 8 days. All this has recently been cut in GST rate along with attractive festive offers started from 22 September.
With no signs of demand reduction, the company estimates that festive sales will touch around 2 lakh units before the season ends. Indo-Japanese company Maruti Suzuki has achieved more than 3.50 lakh confirmed booking. Of these, about 2.50 lakh vehicles are still waiting for delivery.
Recently launched Victoris is proving to be a big hit for Maruti in this festive season. Its booking has crossed 25,000 and will now have to wait for about ten weeks for delivery. At the same time, the demand for Grand Vitara is also strong and more than 500 new bookings are being added every day in the festive season.
Victoris is sold through regular Arena dealerships and its base trim is priced at Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom). This 5-seater midsize SUV has received 5 star ratings in India NCAP and Global NCAP crash test and is equipped with a lot of features from the base variant itself.
It can be purchased with regular mild-hybrid petrol, CNG and Strong Hybrid version. Maruti Suzuki’s huge utility vehicle range, including Brezza, Ertiga, Fronx, Grand Vitara, Invito, Jimny, Victoris and XL6. They have sold 48,695 units in September 2025, which is less than 61,549 units sold in the same month last year.
The brand has recorded a sales of 1,32,820 units domestically last month, a slightly more than 12,000 units of fall from the year-to-year. Overall, the sale was 3,17,379 units in the period of April 26 to September, while the sales were 3,43,665 units in the same half of FY 25. This decline in sales is mainly due to logistic obstacles.
