The new Hyundai Venue also gets traction modes and drive modes with petrol and diesel engines.
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will soon launch the all-new Hyundai Venue, which will give a new identity to India’s compact SUV segment. It is designed to deliver a great driving experience with great performance and different powertrain options. The new Hyundai Venue will be launched in India on November 4 and bookings for it have already started.
Talking about the all-new Hyundai Venue, Mr. Tarun Garg, Director & COO, Hyundai Motor India said, “This car is built for exciting and powerful performance. It features new powertrain options, advanced drive and traction control modes and sporty paddle shifters. Be it the city rush or the winding village roads, the new Venue will deliver the best performance everywhere. It has options of powerful and reliable engines. Whether you drive in the city or go on a long highway trip, the new Venue delivers great performance and better fuel economy all around. There are multiple powertrain options available to suit different types of drivers. It gets a 1.2 liter MPi petrol engine, which produces 83 PS of power and 114.7 Nm of torque and is available with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Apart from this, 1.0 liter turbocharged and 1.5 liter diesel engine is also available. The turbocharged engine produces 120 PS of power and 172 Nm of torque and is mated to a 6-speed manual and advanced 7-speed DCT transmission, Idle Stop and Go (ISG). The diesel engine produces 116 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque and is paired with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission.
The all-new Hyundai Venue comes with advanced drive controls and high-tech features that make driving fun on different roads. No matter what the road conditions are like, this SUV offers good grip and control. Due to the special traction control and drive modes given in it, the driver can easily control the vehicle in every condition.
The all-new Hyundai Venue has been provided with special traction control modes for different terrains like sand, mud and snow, due to which the vehicle maintains good grip and stability in all conditions. Along with this, Eco, Normal and Sport drive modes are also available. To make the drive more fun, paddle shifters are also provided in it.
