New Hyundai Venue (13)

The new generation Hyundai Venue includes new features and technology as well as new exterior and interior.

Hyundai Motor India is all set to launch the new generation Venue in India tomorrow. Ahead of the market launch tomorrow, the company has already released images of the Standard and N Line variants. This compact SUV has been given new styling and more upmarket features along with many changes inside and outside, but no major mechanical changes have been made in it. Bookings for the new Venue have started both online and at Hyundai dealerships for a token amount of Rs 25,000.

The design of the new Venue N Line is bolder and more attractive than ever, giving it a distinct identity from the older model. The new bumper has red accents, while the N Line badge on the dark chrome grille gives it a sporty look. Additionally, red brake callipers, roof spoiler and twin-tip exhaust further enhance its aggressive styling. With updated 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, this SUV offers a powerful and premium look.

Both versions feature the same new LED lighting system and light bars. In the N Line trim, the black interior with red contrast stitching gives a sporty look, which is further enhanced by N-branded leather seats and metallic pedals. The steering wheel now comes with a new design, while the gear knob and ambient lighting give it a premium look.

The 12.3-inch infotainment display equipped with NVIDIA hardware looks attractive on the dashboard. Along with this, Bose’s 8-speaker sound system and two digital screens together give a premium experience in the cabin. Talking about performance, Hyundai has given it a 1.0-litre turbocharged GDi petrol engine, which produces 120 PS power and 172 Nm torque. Two options are provided for the gearbox, which include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The special thing is that paddle shifters have also been added to the automatic variant for sporty driving.

Hyundai has tweaked the exhaust system and suspension setup to improve response and engagement. In terms of safety, the Venue N Line now comes with Level 2 ADAS along with 21 active assist systems, 70 advanced and 41 standard safety features like TPMS, electronic parking brake and reinforced body shell.

This compact SUV has multiple modes for drive and traction, including Eco, Normal and Sport driving settings, as well as special traction modes like Sand, Mud and Snow. Hyundai is now presenting the new Venue as a more feature-packed and premium SUV than before. It will compete with vehicles like Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV 3XO and Skoda Kylac.
