The new Tata Sierra will be available for sale from November 25 and will have many features including triple screen layout, ADAS, 360 degree camera.

Tata Motors finally revealed the production-ready model of the new Tata Sierra at the Sierra Brand Day in India. With this, a new chapter has started in the story of India’s most favorite SUV. This new SUV maintains the identity and design style of its older model. The new Sierra nameplate will be available in both petrol-diesel and electric variants and will be placed above the curve in the brand’s lineup.

This midsize SUV has a three-quarter glass design, large panoramic sunroof, flush door handles and black roof finishing, making its look clean and modern. The front features full-width LED DRLs that form a graceful curve, and a similar light design is seen in the slim LED light bar at the rear.

Other highlights include 19-inch alloy wheels, flush door handles and sleek bonnet with gloss black cladding, wide rear haunches, muscular black front grille and powered tailgate with hidden wipers. The interior has a triple screen layout, with a 12.3-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system, another 12.3-inch screen for the digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch screen for the front passenger.

Tata has also confirmed the presence of a 12-speaker JBL Black audio system with Dolby Atmos. Apart from this, soft touch material and fabric has also been used on the dashboard. It has ventilated seats with memory function,
Dual-zone climate control, leatherette upholstery, premium audio system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, retractable rear window shades, wireless and fast charging, ambient lighting, ample storage are also available.

It also gets underbody spare wheel and powered tailgate. It also has a larger boot space, although Tata has not released official figures. A large parcel tray is also available in it. The IC-engined Sierra will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, while the electric version will be powered by two battery packs, with a claimed range of over 500 kilometres.

To make the launch even more special, Tata Motors collaborated with several brands that resonate with the identity of the new Sierra. Each partner presented their own creative work inspired by the SUV’s design philosophy, making the return of the Sierra a multi-brand cultural experience. The most special of these was the collaboration with Delhi Watch Company, which created a limited edition watch inspired by the Sierra. Made in only 500 units, this watch incorporates design elements like the SUV’s B-pillar, hidden horse graphic and topographic pattern.
