Tata Sierra prices start at Rs 11.49 lakh for the base trim, while the range-topping variant is priced at Rs 18.49 lakh
Tata Motors has finally revealed the prices of all variants of the Sierra. Till now, the price of only Sierra Smart+ petrol variant was fixed at Rs 11.49 lakh, but with the new update, prices of many higher variants including diesel have also been revealed. The new Sierra Smart+ diesel variant has been launched at Rs 12.99 lakh.
This variant only gets a manual gearbox and comes with over 50 premium features like light saber DRLs, electronic parking brake, push-button start, rear AC vents, R17 wheels, 4-disc brakes, electric ORVMs and flush door handles. Although the company has not yet revealed the dashboard layout of this variant, a video of the interior of the Pure and Adventure variants has been shared.
Along with this, Tata has also announced the prices of Pure, Pure+, Adventure and Adventure+ variants. Prices for the Sierra Pure Petrol MT start at Rs 12.99 lakh, while the DCA automatic is available at Rs 14.49 lakh. The price of Pure Diesel MT has been kept at Rs 14.49 lakh and the price of Diesel AT has been kept at Rs 15.99 lakh. Pure+ variants come with more features.
Their price starts from Rs 14.49 lakh in petrol MT and goes up to Rs 15.99 lakh in petrol DCA. The diesel Pure+ MT is priced at Rs 15.99 lakh and the AT is priced at Rs 17.49 lakh. The Pure+ variant has 75+ features, which include R17 alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, hill descent control, 26.03 cm touchscreen, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, cruise control and rear camera.
The Adventure variants are offered with more capacity and features. Adventure petrol MT is priced at Rs 15.29 lakh and petrol DCA is priced at Rs 16.79 lakh. Diesel MT is available for Rs 16.49 lakh. The Adventure+ variant comes with more features and starts at Rs 15.99 lakh (Petrol MT). Whereas the price of 1.5 Hyperion petrol automatic is Rs 17.99 lakh.
The price of Diesel Adventure+ MT has been kept at Rs 17.19 lakh and the price of Diesel AT has been kept at Rs 18.49 lakh. Adventure+ comes with 95+ features like R18 alloy wheels, 31.24 cm touchscreen, 360° camera, blind spot detection, terrain modes, digital cockpit and roof rails.
Tata Sierra comes in three engine options. Its entry and mid-spec petrol variants get a 1.5 liter naturally-aspirated Revotron petrol engine, which gives power of 104.5 bhp and torque of 145 Nm. 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCA automatic gearbox options are available with this engine.
Its top petrol variant gets a new 1.5 liter turbocharged TGDi Hyperion engine, which gives a maximum power of 158 bhp and torque of 255 Nm. This engine comes only with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Diesel variants have a 1.5 liter Cryojet engine, which generates power of 116 bhp and torque of 260 Nm. Both 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic options are available in diesel models.
