Royal Enfield Bullet 650 has a 647.95 cc parallel-twin engine producing 47 HP power and 52.3 NM torque.
Royal Enfield celebrates its 125 years of illustrious heritage of motorcycling by introducing several new models at EICMA 2025. The company has also revealed the new Bullet 650 at Eicma 2025. It carries forward its retro style and chrome-adorned design that has made it the world’s oldest motorcycle in continuous production. Royal Enfield Bullet has been in the market since 1932.
The new Bullet is powered by a 647.95 cc parallel-twin engine used in the Interceptor, Super Meteor and other bikes. This air- and oil-cooled unit produces 47 horsepower at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque at 5,650 rpm. This engine mated to a 6-speed constant mesh gearbox with slipper clutch provides comfortable cruising and smooth roll-on acceleration.
Built on a steel tubular spine frame, the Bullet 650 features 43 mm telescopic forks at the front that provide 120 mm of travel, while twin shock absorbers at the rear provide 90 mm of suspension travel. This setup with 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels gives the bike excellent stability and balance. Braking duties are handled by a 320 mm front disc and 300 mm rear disc, with dual-channel ABS available as standard.
Design-wise, the teardrop-shaped fuel tank with hand-crafted pinstripes, tiger-eye pilot lamps flanking the LED headlamps, chrome finished mudguard and the winged badge are reminiscent of the old classic model. The high handlebar and full bench seat provide an upright and comfortable riding position, while the all-metal body provides strength and premium looks.
Royal Enfield has combined modern features with simplicity in the new Bullet. Its semi-digital instrument cluster keeps the analog look, but also has digital displays for trip, gear position and service reminders. Other special features include LED lighting, USB-C charging port, and simple switchgear. Its fuel tank is of 14.8 liters, and the ground clearance of the motorcycle is kept at 154 mm.
Talking about the size, the Bullet 650 has a length of 2,318 mm, wheelbase of 1,475 mm, seat height of 800 mm and weight of 243 kg. Available in Canon Black and Battleship Blue colours, the Bullet 650 is priced at £6,749 (Rs 7.79 lakh) in the UK and $7,499 (Rs 6.65 lakh) in North America. Its sale in the Indian market is expected to start soon.
