Royal Enfield Bullet 650 can be launched in India next month and it is portfolio Will be positioned below the Classic 650

Royal Enfield is preparing to launch Bullet 650 in the Indian market soon. It first made its global debut at EICMA 2025 and was later shown at MotoVerse in India. It is expected that it can be launched next month. The new Royal Enfield Bullet 650 could become the company’s most affordable twin-cylinder bike and will be positioned below the Classic 650.

Its starting ex-showroom price can be around Rs 3.65 lakh. Royal Enfield is also going to increase its 750 cc range in the coming time. Mechanically, Bullet 650 will get the same 647.95 cc air and oil-cooled parallel-twin engine, which is already used in many Royal Enfield bikes. This engine generates power of 47 hp and torque of 52.3 Nm.

It will have 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch as standard. The same engine is also found in Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 and Royal Enfield Shotgun 650. Talking about design, Bullet 650 will have the classic style of old Bullet models. A large round fuel tank, curvy body panels and a lot of chrome have been used in it, which makes its look quite retro.

LED elements have been provided in the lighting setup, but Royal Enfield has not given it a very modern look. The bike retains the traditional pilot lamps and classic headlight design. Its long and straight stance gives it a complete Bullet-like feel. In the international market, this bike is shown in color options like Cannon Black and Battleship Blue and the same colors can be launched in India also.

Also, hand made lining is available on its fuel tank. Bullet 650 has a steel twin-downtube frame. Telescopic forks will be available at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. It has a 19-inch wheel setup at the front and 18-inch wheel setup at the rear. For braking, it will get dual-channel ABS with 320 mm front and 300 mm rear disc brakes. Its tires will be wider than Bullet 350, with 100 section tires at the front and 140 section tires at the rear.

This bike will be more than 2.3 meters long and its weight will be 243 kg. Seat height will be 800 mm and ground clearance will be 154 mm. At the same time, it will get a fuel tank of 14.8 liters. Royal Enfield has continuously strengthened its 650 cc range over the years, but the Bullet 650 may prove to be the bike with the most emotional and classic appeal of the company. Instead of completely changing the Bullet’s identity, the company has focused on combining its old style with the twin-cylinder platform.
