Tata Curvv EV SeriesX launched with 502 km range, price starts from Rs 16.99 lakh

The Tata Curvv EV SeriesX is available in two variants, which get a 55 kWh battery pack and a claimed range of around 502 km on a single charge.

Tata Motors today further strengthened the lineup of Curvv EV in the Indian market by launching two new variants under SeriesX. Both these variants come with a 55 kWh battery pack, whose ARAI certified range is 502 km, while in the real world it can give a range of more than 400 km. The price of Accomplished X 55 has been kept at Rs 16.99 lakh, Empowered

Booking for both variants has started immediately through OEM, CSD and KPKB channels. The Accomplished Apart from this, the feature of passive ventilation is also provided in the front seats.

At the same time, more advanced features have been added to the Empowered X 55 variant. It includes features like 31.24 cm Harman cinematic touchscreen infotainment system, 9-speaker audio system from JBL, Level 2 ADAS with 20 features, powered tailgate with gesture control, V2V and V2L charging support and frunk (front boot).

With the help of V2L feature, you can run electronic components outside the car itself, which makes it more useful. Also, with the SeriesX comes a new color called Nitro Crimson, now the Curvv EV is available in a total of 5 colors. Tata’s charging network is also growing rapidly, which includes over 30,000 public chargers, over 2,500 verified charging points and MegaChargers across the country.

The company’s electric vehicles have covered more than 12 billion kilometers in India so far and more than 3 lakh customers have become their owners. Tata Nexon EV and Tata Punch EV are among the best-selling EVs in the country. Both SeriesX variants come with a lifetime warranty on the high-voltage battery, which extends to 15 years for the first owner.

The Accomplished Going forward, Tata is also preparing to launch Tata Sierra EV in the Indian market in the same quarter. Tata Tiago facelift will also be launched this month.
