One Moto Global CEO Adam Ridgeway calls launching One Moto in India a profitable deal and a strategist’s dream. Ridgeway explained that with rising fuel prices globally and increasing awareness of environmental protection, OneMoto’s partners and the UK team see India researching competitive options with superior performance and advanced technology.
New scooters specially designed for the Indian market
According to Ridgeway, after research, they have designed low cost, safe and eco friendly 3 electric scooters especially for the Indian market. Also Muzammil Riaz and Sameer Moiden, Founder, One Moto India said that the company takes the responsibility of providing quality quality at an affordable price in the Indian market.
3 electric scooters to be launched by the company :-
1. Electa – This electric scooter will get a range of 150 km with 4KW Bosch Brushless DC motor. It has a maximum speed of 85 kmph and its 72V 45AH battery takes 4-5 hours to charge.

2. Byka – This electric scooter will get a range of 150 kms with 4KW DC Brushless motor like the Electa. It has a maximum speed of 85 kmph and takes 4-5 hours to charge its 72V 48AH Li-Ion (removable) battery.

3. Commuta – This electric scooter will get a range of 80 kms with 2KW QS DC Brushless motor. It has a maximum speed of 55 kmph and takes 4-5 hours to charge its 60V 27.5AH battery.
