The Toyota Hyryder Aero Edition can be purchased in four color options and the Styling Package accessories are available at an additional cost of Rs 31,999
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched the Urban Cruiser Hyrider Aero Edition. This is a limited edition styling package, which has been introduced to attract more customers during the festive season. This midsize SUV has already been a successful model for the company, as it is available with all three powertrain options including strong hybrid, mild hybrid and CNG variant.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider Aero Edition features a special styling kit across all Hyrider grades. Its key features include a sporty front spoiler that makes this SUV look even more aggressive, a sculpted rear spoiler that gives it a slightly aero look, and flowing side skirts that give a low-slung look when viewed from certain angles.
These accessories cost an additional Rs 31,999 and are available at Toyota dealerships across the country. Customers can buy this special edition in a total of four colors: white, silver, black and red. It is important to note that the Aero Edition is available with all the existing variants of the Hyrider.
Since its launch in 2022, the urban cruiser Highrider has become a big hit as it recently crossed the sales mark of 1.68 lakh units. The Hyrider gets Toyota’s self-charging strong hybrid electric powertrain and Neo Drive petrol variant. This hybrid model offers smooth and silent performance by combining petrol and electric power, covers up to 40 percent of the distance entirely on electric energy and has a claimed mileage of 27.97 km/litre.
Neo Drive buyers can opt for the 1.5-litre K-series engine mated to a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission (with 2WD and 4WD options). The exterior of this 5-seater car has an acrylic grille, two LED DRLs, attractive body lines and 17-inch alloy wheels. The cabin comes with ventilated leather seats, panoramic sunroof, a 9-inch touchscreen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, ambient lighting and a 360-degree camera.
Buyers will also get rear recline seats, rear AC vents and 60:40 split rear seat. Toyota is also offering 66 optional accessories, standard warranty of 3 years/1 lakh km, extendable to 5 years/2.2 lakh km. The company also provides hybrid battery warranty of 8 years/1.6 lakh km. Prices for the standard Toyota Urban Cruiser Highrider start at Rs 10.94 lakh (ex-showroom).
