Lalsot. In a village in the subdivision area on Thursday evening, the police arrested both the accused sitting at the shop and her mother, and the police arrested and appeared before the holiday magistrate on Sunday, who have been ordered to be sent to jail.
The girl broke the leg in the incident, while the mother suffered serious injuries on her head. CCTV footage of the incident also surfaced, in which the accused can be seen attacking women.
The victim’s mother said that at around 6:30 pm, Mohammad Anwar and the village came to the shop on the pretext of taking goods and started molesting the daughter. On protesting, he slammed the girl down and tore her clothes. After this, the iron bars attacked the head and legs, causing his leg fracture. The mother, who came to the rescue, was also attacked by the head.
The villagers reached the spot after hearing the screams of the mother and daughter, by then the accused escaped. On the information, the police registered a case and formed a team and arrested both the accused. Police officer Shrikishan Meena said that on Sunday, on confirmation of the incident, both the accused were produced before the holiday magistrate, who were ordered to be sent to jail.
