250 feet AC copper pipe stolen from the fourth floor of Pavata Roadways bus stand, police starts investigation.

Jodhpur. A major incident of theft has come to light in the new premises of Roadways Bus Stand located in Pavata of the city. Unknown thieves cut about 200 to 250 feet long copper pipes of the air conditioner (AC) installed on the fourth floor of the bus stand.


This incident of theft came to light when the service man of AC Diving Company reached the bus stand for regular inspection. During inspection, he found that the copper pipes connected to the outdoor AC machines were missing. The pipes were carefully cut and stolen. At present it is not clear at what time and on which day this theft incident took place. In this regard, Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation Manager (Administration) Shyamsundar has lodged a formal complaint at Udaymandir police station. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police have registered a case under section 303(2) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). The investigation of the case has been handed over to ASI Dilip Singh, who is searching for the thieves on the basis of CCTV footage and other evidence.
