Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav reached Hyderabad on Friday, where he was given a grand welcome by SP leaders, workers and common people. During this, he said that BJP is implementing NRC in the name of SIR. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav will attend the ‘Vision India: AI Summit’ organized by Samajwadi Party in Hyderabad on Saturday, in which there will be a detailed discussion on the future of the country, technological changes and the growing impact of AI. Akhilesh Yadav said that India is going through challenging times in every field and a clear, realistic and progressive roadmap is necessary to solve the problems. He said that AI is rapidly increasing its impact in various fields like agriculture, health and technology. Hyderabad has shown the maximum progress in the technical sector in the country, hence SP has organized the ‘Vision India’ program here. The SP chief said that the country needs vision, not political divisions. Politics should be progressive, not negative. Akhilesh Yadav made serious allegations on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list.
He said that the Election Commission should work to increase votes, but votes are being removed on a large scale in UP. He said that wherever BJP has lost, votes are being cut there. This is a conspiracy against democracy. Akhilesh Yadav also said that the process of SIR is like NRC, in which unnecessary documents are being asked from people, whereas the complete biometric information is already present in the Aadhaar card. BJP does politics of keeping the people troubled in demonetization, GST, inflation, Covid… and now in SIR also.
He claimed that the votes of about three crore voters in UP are going to be cut off, which is a blatant disregard of democratic rights. On Vande Mataram, the SP chief said that those who did not sing Vande Mataram during the freedom movement, who did not like the tricolor, are today pretending to be nationalism.
