Jaipur. Dinesh Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, held a meeting of departmental officers on Thursday and gave necessary guidelines regarding the effective implementation of the special campaign “Nature Swachhta-Sanskaar Swachhta” run by the state government.
Kumar said that the Administrative Reforms and Coordination Department is running a campaign from April 1 to 30 in government offices with the aim of cleanliness, record management, prompt disposal of pending cases and disposal of unusable material. He gave instructions for physical cleanliness in all offices as well as timely disposal of unused files and materials. The Additional Chief Secretary directed the officers to identify all the offices, hostels, residential schools and other buildings and conduct cleaning campaigns regularly and ensure continuous monitoring of the progress of the campaign.
Special Persons Commissioner Iqbal Khan, Additional Director (Vigilance and Administration) J.P. were present in the meeting. Bairwa, Dr. Virendra Singh, Managing Director of Anuja Nigam and Mr. O.P. Meena and other officers were present.
