Under the direction of District Collector Abhishek Surana, on Saturday, a joint team of the Logistics Department took action against illegal storage and commercial use of domestic gas cylinders in Churu city. During this period, the joint team investigated 06 commercial establishments and restaurants and seized 15 domestic gas cylinders. DSO Anshu Tiwari said that the joint team inspected Baba Restaurant near Dharmastup of the city, Khayaliram Anu Ram Halwai, Anupam Caters, Lalji Mishtan Bhandar and other establishments in the main market. During this period, a total of 15 domestic cylinders were seized from the establishments of Anupam Caters and Kanhaiyalal Prajapat. At other establishments only commercial cylinders were found to be used.
He said that all the establishments have been advised to use only commercial gas cylinders for commercial activities. He said that this type of investigation and action will continue continuously.
