Varanasi. A large number of people attended the programs organized on the occasion of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti on Tuesday in Kashi. In a program, Uttar Pradesh government minister Asim Arun said that the government is committed to empowerment of the underprivileged sections. He appealed to the society to strengthen the society by adopting the message of education and equality of Valmiki. He said in a conversation with reporters that I got the privilege of coming to Kashi. In such a situation, it is necessary to remember the message of Maharishi Valmiki on this auspicious day. He thanked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who has taken several steps for the welfare of the sanitation workers. Aseem Arun said that the Yogi government has increased the salary of the cleaning workers. The government will now pay the outsourcing employees directly to protect them from exploitation of contract companies. This will protect their rights. He said that Maharishi Valmiki’s message emphasizes education, knowledge and spirituality, which takes the society forward. The government is trying in this direction.
He informed that DHU and Tata Consultancy Services have started a program together, in which students of schools run by Social Welfare Department are being given better opportunities. This initiative is a step towards realizing Valmiki’s message of education.
At the same time, regardless of Bihar assembly elections, Aseem Arun said that the Bharatiya Janata Party and the National Democratic Alliance had started preparations for a long time. Taking a dig at the opposition, he said that when his candidates are not in the fray, how will they contest elections.
Arun said that all NDA allies are united and are moving forward with concrete plans. He is confident that NDA and BJP in Bihar will win like other states.
