Making legal use of the Rajasthan Right to Hearing Act made in the year 2012 for the first time in Ajmer division, the Divisional Commissioner Ajmer has summoned the Deputy Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department located in Bhilwara by giving a notice. According to the information, an application was made to the Deputy Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Bhilwara in the year 2024 for renewal of the license of the De-addiction Counseling and Rehabilitation Center Hospital run by Nai Dishaye Seva Sansthan near Anhisa Circle, Kota Road, Bhilwara. The hospital was also inspected by the then District Collector Namit Mehta as required for license renewal.
But the department officials did not renew the license of the hospital. Hospital Director Narendra Soni again submitted an application to the present District Collector in the public hearing for renewal of the license. On the instructions of present District Collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, Additional District Collector City Pratibha Deothia also inspected the institute. Even after that the department did not renew the license.
On which, as per the RTH Act, the director of the hospital made the first appeal to the District Collector as well as to the Director, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Jaipur, yet the district level officers of the department did not pay any attention, then the director of the hospital presented the second appeal with documents to the Second Appeal Officer, Divisional Commissioner, Ajmer.
After examining the documents by the Divisional Commissioner, Additional Divisional Commissioner Dipti Sharma issued notice number 7603-5 on 14th November as per the RTH Act and summoned Deputy Director Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Bhilwara, to the Divisional Commissioner’s office in Ajmer at 11 am on Tuesday, 25th November.
