Sumerpur made its special day special by doing Jalabhishek of Mahadev and worshiping Mother Cow. Joram Kumawat, Cabinet Minister of Animal Husbandry, Cow Husbandry, Dairy and Devsthan Department of Rajasthan Government, known for his simplicity in politics, celebrated his 62nd birthday this year too in an atmosphere of utmost simplicity and dignity, dedicating it to service, dedication and social concerns. Instead of celebration, he made his birthday a medium for public welfare, human service and cow service, which is an inspirational message for the society. After offering prayers at his residence, Kumawat visited the Bhainruji temple located at Bhairav Chowk in the city. Here BJP workers and well wishers congratulated Kumawat on his birthday by garlanding him and feeding him sweets. After this, after reaching Shiva temple, he performed Jalabhishek of Mahadev and worshiped him with all rituals. After paying obeisance to Mahadev, Kumawat fed fodder to the mother cow and presented a trolley fodder to the destitute cows. After this, Cabinet Minister Jora Ram Kumawat reached Shriram Gaushala, Koliwada, worshiped the mother cow and fed her fodder and jaggery. He gave 86 kg of jaggery equal to his own weight and a trolley of green fodder as a gift to the cow shed. Party workers and supporters gave a warm welcome to Kumawat in the Gaushala premises. Leaving from Koliwada, he reached Shri Kumawat’s residence where there was a steady stream of supporters throughout the day to wish him well and meet him. Everyone sent him birthday greetings and remembered the work done by him in the organization and government during his tenure and wished him happiness, prosperity, health and long life.
At his personal residence, Sumerpur, he accepted congratulations from thousands of workers, supporters and well-wishers who had arrived from the assembly constituency. He also expressed his gratitude to the well-wishers by feeding them sweets. Also, refreshments were arranged for the well wishers. During this time, Shri Kumawat celebrated by cutting the cake with his family members. He not only ate food while sitting with his family but also made his special day even more special by talking a lot. At 4 pm, Kumawat left for Ahmedabad.
Apart from this, many ministers, MLAs, MPs and party officials of the country and state sent birthday greetings and best wishes to Kumawat personally and through social media.

On the occasion of the birthday of Cabinet Minister Kumawat, many dignitaries including workers wished him. Also, his well wishers prayed for his long life by performing puja, havan, cleanliness, cow service etc. at various places. One day veterinary and infertility prevention camps were organized today in all the registered and unregistered cow shelters of the state with the aim of preserving the health of livestock and increasing milk production capacity. In the camps, a large number of cattle owners got their animals’ health checked and received consultation from expert veterinarians. Doctors examined the health of the cows and provided necessary treatment and distributed medicines. In the camps, the cows affected by infertility were examined and provided treatment, artificial insemination services and proper counseling.
