An application has been prepared by the Assembly Secretariat to register digital attendance. Deputy Secretaries of the Legislative Assembly and all Assistant Secretaries have been given training in the use of this application. Besides, a bulletin is also being issued to inform all the members of the Legislative Assembly about this.
Apart from this, instructions are also being issued to provide iPads on the meeting day for the meetings of all the committees of the Assembly and to share pencils between the two committees. After the committee meeting, the iPads will have to be deposited again in the Assembly Secretariat every day.
It is noteworthy that under the digitalization of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, I-pads have been installed on the seats of all 200 members and on the initiative of Legislative Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani, the e-legislative application Neva under One Nation One Application is being used to digitalize the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. With this, bills, reports, videos etc. related to the House of Legislative Assembly are now easily available online to media researchers and common citizens.
Rajasthan Legislative Assembly House and Secretariat have been digitalized using the National e-Vidhan Application under One Nation-One Application by the Central Government to digitalize the Legislative Assemblies of the states. Due to this, the proceedings of the Legislative Assembly and the Secretariat have become paperless to protect the environment and save time. E-Vidhan app is working on both Android and iOS mobiles. Under Neva, details of proceedings of the House, papers to be kept in the House, information related to bills, reports of committees, questions and their answers, bulletins, proceedings details, digital library, information and information related to members are being available in a single application. Along with this, e-bulletin of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly is also being released. Many other innovations have also been made.
