Big action of BDA: 10 hectares of land encroachment free, 90 illegal plots demolished

Bharatpur. Bharatpur Development Authority has taken strict action against illegal colonies and encroachment on Wednesday. The anti-encroachment squad of the authority demolished illegal plotting and construction in the Paraferry area and freed about 10 hectares of land from encroachment. Commissioner BDA Kanishk Kataria said that Bharatpur Development Authority is continuously taking strict action against illegal colonies and encroachment. He said that during the proceedings on Wednesday, action was taken against two colonies being developed illegally with the help of JCB machines in village Khadera and Sewar Kalan area. He said that during the action, about 90 illegal plots were demolished and the gravel roads built in the colonies were also eliminated by digging with JCB machine. The encroachers present on the spot were instructed to get land use change and layout approval as per rules. He said that under the action plan, the campaign against such illegal constructions and illegal colonies will continue and strict action will be taken in future also. During this time, anti-encroachment squad was present on the spot in the presence of Tehsildar (Western Zone) and Mauka Magistrate Manish Kumar Meena, Tehsildar (Eastern Zone) Mukesh Kumar, Assistant Engineer Manoj Parashar, Land Records Inspector Gyan Singh Nimesh, Diwan Singh and Patwari Mrityunjay Mishra, Digambar Singh and Lokesh Sharma along with police personnel.
