Big relief to Rahul Gandhi in 'Indian State' statement case, petition of Hindu Raksha Dal rejected

Be careful. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has got a big relief from the MP-MLA court in the ‘Indian State’ statement case. The court has rejected the petition filed against Rahul Gandhi. In fact, Hindu Raksha Dal national president Simran Gupta had filed a petition against him, saying that Rahul Gandhi’s statement had hurt the people of the country. This is a matter related to treason. This case was going on in the court for about ten months, but on Friday the court gave its verdict. The arguments of both the parties in this case were completed on October 28, after which the court reserved its order. While giving its verdict on Friday, the court rejected the petition filed against Rahul Gandhi. After this decision of the court, Rahul Gandhi has currently got legal relief. This means that now no action will be taken against him in this matter.
However, petitioner Simran Gupta said that this fight will not end here. He said that he would challenge this decision in the High Court. He says that he still has hope for justice.
It is noteworthy that this matter is related to the petition filed by Hindu Shakti Dal National President Simran Gupta, which he had filed in the MP-MLA Court on 23 January 2025. Simran Gupta alleged that Rahul Gandhi had said in a program on 15 January 2025 that ‘Our fight is not with BJP or RSS, but with the Indian State.’
The petitioner said that this statement of Rahul Gandhi raises questions on the country’s democratic structure and government institutions. He had demanded from the court that taking this statement seriously, legal action should be taken against Rahul Gandhi.
However, after several months of hearing and debate, the court rejected this petition, which has brought great relief to Rahul Gandhi. Now Simran Gupta has said that he will appeal against this decision in the High Court. In fact, on January 15, Rahul Gandhi had said that our fight is not with BJP or RSS, but with the ‘Indian State’.
