Muzaffarpur, June 20 (). All preparations have been completed in Muzaffarpur regarding Re-NEET. Mock drills were conducted on a large scale at 13 examination centers set up in the district, in which all the arrangements related to the conduct of examinations were reviewed. Special care is being taken at every level to conduct the examination in a fair, transparent and systematic manner.
All aspects including entry of candidates, verification of documents, registration process, responsibilities of room invigilators and security arrangements at the examination centers were examined. Officials claimed that this time a detailed plan has been made to eliminate the possibility of any kind of negligence or disorganization during the examination.
NEET Observer Dr. Navneet, appointed at Niteshwar College, told that the mock drill organized before the examination was completely successful. Our mock drill has been completed. In this, everything from the registration process to the duties and responsibilities of invigilators were discussed in detail. All the arrangements have been made in a planned manner. We hope that the examination will be conducted smoothly and in a peaceful environment at this centre. During the examination, strict adherence to the prescribed guidelines will be ensured and each employee is given clear information about his/her role.
At the same time, the second observer Dr. Baneshwar Sharma also expressed satisfaction over the preparations and said that all the arrangements have been tested through mock drill. We reviewed all the preparations for the exam by doing mock drills. After holding a meeting with the invigilators, necessary instructions were given to them. They have been specifically told that there should not be any carelessness during the examination and vigilance should be maintained at every level. We are confident that we will be able to conduct this examination successfully and systematically.
Dr. Sharma further said that to maintain the fairness of the examination, all employees have been instructed to work responsibly and every step will be monitored.
Pramod Kumar, Principal and Examination Superintendent of Niteshwar College, said that about 600 candidates will take the examination at his center and all necessary arrangements have been completed for this. He said that preparations have been done very well here. There is an examination center here for 600 children. For this, we organized mock drills and also gave necessary training to the concerned personnel. For the last several days, we were continuously busy preparing so that there is no problem of any kind during the examination.
Pramod Kumar further said that the new arrangements and guidelines related to the conduct of examinations are being completely followed. All arrangements have been made as per the standards. There will be no discrepancy of any kind here and the examination will be conducted with complete transparency and discipline.
It is noteworthy that this time special vigilance is being taken in the entire country regarding Re-NEET. Security, surveillance and administrative arrangements have been strengthened at the examination centres.
