Jaipur. On Monday, on the occasion of Navratri, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma performed rituals at Jwala Mata Temple in Jobner and Shaktipeeth Shakambhari Mata Temple in Sambhar and prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the state. At Jwala Mata Temple, Shri Sharma was covered with Mata’s chunri as a blessing by the priests and the temple trust welcomed him by wearing a turban and presenting a picture of Mata. At the same time, the Chief Minister also received blessings by worshiping the girls who were in the form of nine goddesses in the temple premises.
After this the Chief Minister reached Shaktipeeth Shakambhari Mata Temple located in Sambhar. Here he bowed his head and offered prayers in the court of Mother Goddess and also made offerings in the Havan. During this, Shri Sharma also met the devotees who came to the temple. There was enthusiasm among the common people after finding the Chief Minister among them.
While returning to Jaipur, the Chief Minister visited Shri Khedpati Balaji Temple located in Dahmikalan. Here the priest greeted him by covering him with a shawl.
The Chief Minister was given a grand welcome by the general public and farmers at various places.
The general public gave a grand welcome to the Chief Minister with shower of flowers at various places. Local people in Jhotwara and MLA from Hathoj Shri Balmukundacharya greeted Sharma by garlanding him. After this, farmers presented earrings of wheat to the Chief Minister at Dhankya Mor and the common people in Kalwad expressed gratitude for the Ram Jal Setu Link Project.
Sharma performed cow service by feeding jaggery to the cows at Bajrang Goshala located in Bassi Naga and paid floral tributes to the statue of Shri Karna Narendra at the Agricultural University located at Jobner. Here the girl students received blessings from the Chief Minister during the dialogue and expressed thanks for the public welfare schemes. After that, people in Jobner welcomed the Chief Minister by presenting him a sword.
After this, the common people in Phulera congratulated the Chief Minister by presenting him a mace. Shri Sharma also paid floral tributes to the statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar at Phulera Circle. After this, the villagers welcomed the Chief Minister in Ringi, Bichun and Mokhampura villages.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa, MLA Nirmal Kumawat and other public representatives and officials were present.
