Jaipur, . The period of the Chief Minister Over Term Interest Relief Scheme 2025-26, applicable for the over term borrowers of Jaipur District Cooperative Land Development Bank Ltd., Jaipur, has now been extended till 31 March 2026.
Bank Secretary Rajni Gupta said that out of the total 881 eligible borrowers of the district, till now 268 borrowers have deposited their due amount of Rs 641.27 lakh in the bank, in return for which they have been given a waiver of interest on maturity amounting to Rs 719.09 lakh. He said that the eligible loanee farmers who have not yet received the benefit of the scheme can avail the benefit of interest relief provided by the state government by depositing their scheduled dues in the bank by March 31, 2026. This scheme is an important initiative towards providing financial support to the farmers and reducing the debt burden.
