Under an official order issued by the Office of Sub Divisional Magistrate Sujangarh (District-Churu), the use of mobile phones and smart watches has been completely banned in the Salasar Dham temple complex with immediate effect. In this office order issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate on July 3, 2026 (No. Justice/2026/318), many serious reasons have been given for imposing the ban. in order to do:
Situation of jam and stampede: Due to taking photographs and making videos by the visitors in the temple, jam and stampede-like situation occurs every day.
Attack on reel culture: The religious sanctity and dignity of the temple is being violated due to devotees making reels etc. from mobile phones inside the temple premises.
Security Threat: Such activities inside the temple premises are not at all appropriate from security point of view.
Efforts to control indecent behavior and disorders
It has also been specifically mentioned in the administrative order that some indecent incidents had come to light in the Salasar temple complex for the last several days. Along with this, there was huge chaos in the temple premises due to misbehavior among the visitors and other people. In order to completely control all these uncontrolled incidents and disorders, it has been considered necessary to completely ban mobiles and smart watches in the temple premises.
Order implemented with immediate effect, copy sent to these departments
Sub Divisional Magistrate Sujangarh has implemented this restriction in Salasar Dham with immediate effect to maintain the security, order and dignity of the temple complex.
To ensure strict compliance of this order (copy 319-328 for information), it has also been sent to District Collector Churu, Superintendent of Police Churu, Additional District Collector Sujangarh, Additional Superintendent of Police Sujangarh, Deputy Superintendent of Police Sujangarh, Tehsildar Sujangarh, Development Officer Panchayat Samiti Sujangarh, Deputy Tehsildar Salasar and President Hanuman Seva Samiti Salasar so that the system can be immediately implemented on the ground.
Now devotees coming to visit Salasar Balaji will have to keep their mobiles and smart watches outside before entering the temple premises.
