Dausa. Pappada police station of Dausa district has achieved great success in arresting a vicious criminal who was fleeing from the clutches of law. The police have arrested a convicted prisoner who was absconding after not surrendering in jail even after the completion of his parole period. This accused had come out of the high security jail located at Shyalawas on regular parole for 40 days, but after the expiry of the period, he did not return.
After 40 days of parole ended, he became involved in fraud.
Giving information about the case, Papadada police station officer Rajat Khagi said that the guard of the high security jail hostel, Mahendra Singh, had lodged a report in the police station on May 17.
Parole period: According to reports, convicted prisoner Ganesh alias Pappu Bairava was granted third regular parole of 40 days from April 7 to May 16, 2026.
Did not surrender on time: According to the rules, the accused prisoner had to surrender before the jail administration before 5:00 pm on May 16. But even after the stipulated time had passed, he did not return to jail and absconded.
On this, the police showed promptness and registered a case under the ‘Prisoners Act’ and started actively searching for the accused.
The accused is a resident of Jaipur, the court sent him to jail
The police station officer said that the police team, taking immediate action based on technical research and information from informers, arrested the absconding prisoner Ganesh Bairwa (26). The accused is originally a resident of Beechi village of Madhorajpura police station area of Jaipur district, who was currently living in 12 Bigha Colony located at Bhankrota in Jaipur.
After arresting the accused, the police produced him in the local court, from where on the orders of the Honorable Court, he has been sent back to judicial custody (jail).
