Hanumangarh. District Collector Dr. Khushal Yadav conducted a surprise inspection of the office of Chief Engineer of Water Resources Department located at Hanumangarh Junction on Friday morning. During the inspection, he took stock of the arrangements of the office premises as per the standards of Green and Clean Campus and gave instructions for necessary improvements.
Collector Dr. Yadav along with Chief Engineer Pradeep inspected all three offices of the Water Resources Department – Chief Engineer Water Resources (North), Superintending Engineer Water Resources Circle Hanumangarh and Executive Engineer Water Resources Division II. He closely observed the condition of cleanliness, greenery and office management in the campus. During the inspection, the Collector inspected all the branches and laid emphasis on systematic maintenance and prompt disposal of files. He said that government offices are the centers of public execution, hence cleanliness, discipline and transparency should be on top priority here.
The Collector instructed the officials to conduct regular cleaning campaigns and promote tree plantation to keep the office premises green and clean. He also stressed on giving priority to record management of archives. Departmental officers including the Chief Engineer were present during the inspection.
