Dausa. The district police has carried out two major actions within the last 24 hours. While the Mahwa police station caught the accused of firing that spread terror in the village, the Kotwali police safely recovered a missing youth from Jaipur.
Mahwa police station has revealed the incident of firing in Gahnoli village in just 20 hours. Police have arrested the main accused Sonu alias Nigam Meena (resident of Hudla). Reason for the incident: According to the police, there was an altercation between Bhursingh Gurjar and his nephews on the day of Holi. Due to this rivalry, the accused opened fire at the victim’s house at around 11 pm.
Criminal Record: Police Officer Rajendra Kumar said that the arrested accused is a vicious criminal, against whom 4 serious cases like murder, robbery, rape and assault are already registered. The police are now searching for other accomplices involved in the crime.
Dausa Kotwali Police, showing proactivity, has traced a young man who was missing from Jaipur within 24 hours.
Case: Arshad Khan (33), resident of Qila Sagar Mohalla, had left on February 24 saying he was going to Jaipur. Two days later, his scooter was found abandoned in Jaipur, after which the concern of the family increased.
Police action: Under the direction of Kotwal Bhagwan Sahay Sharma, HC Rakesh conducted intensive searches at many possible locations including Mansarovar, Sitapura, Gandhi Nagar Railway Station and Sindhi Camp Bus Stand.
Due to the tireless efforts of the police, Arshad Khan was rescued safely from Jaipur Junction. The family heaved a sigh of relief after the young man was found.
