The modern and huge ‘World of Humanity’ service complex of the institute is now completely ready. Media personnel inspected this multi-storey building on Wednesday. During this, institute trustee Devendra Chaubisa, media in-charge Vishnu Sharma Hitaishi and public relations head Bhagwan Prasad Gaur were present.
Concept of all services under one roof: With the Bhoomi Pujan on 8 February 2020, it was resolved that all the services from treatment to rehabilitation would be made available to the disabled people at one place. The construction work did not stop even during the difficult times of the pandemic as the aim was not just to construct a building but to bring about a change in the lives of thousands of needy people.
Confluence of modern medicine and human values: This 11-storey center has been built in approximately 2.40 lakh square feet. The entire complex is air-conditioned and equipped with the latest medical facilities in line with Global Health Standards.
Key Features: 450 bedded modern hospital, two advanced operation theaters for bone, polio, clubfoot and other surgeries, state-of-the-art physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre, in-house manufacturing unit of artificial limbs and orthotic devices, employment-oriented training like mobile repairing, computer training, fashion designing, tailoring etc.
Residential school for specially abled children, where education, nutrition and psychological support will be provided together.
Most importantly—all services are completely free of cost: With state-of-the-art and sustainable infrastructure (compliant with Global Health Standards), the hospital comprises of many modern facilities, making it a sustainable and high-end healthcare model. Green and Sustainable Building Design, Solar Power Plant and RO purified water system, Building Management System (BMS) and Access Control, NABH Accredited Healthcare Facilities, Laser Based Diagnosis, 3D Printing Technology and CAD-CAM Technology, Modular Operation Theatre.

Health and Rehabilitation Targets: 7,02,000 surgeries, 15% more surgeries every year, assistive devices to 9,36,000 disabled persons with increasing number every year, manufacturing and distribution of 2,34,000 artificial limbs, free physiotherapy to 98,46,400 patients, social and economic empowerment, marriages of 2,550 disabled couples, 50 mass marriage ceremonies, 7,500 people Skill training, 400 free service centers and 15 new centers every year.
National expansion: 4,500 health camps, 150 annual disability check-up camps, establishment of 6,000 new branches, food and ration to more than 1 crore needy people, 300 P&O workshops across the country.
