Bharatpur. In accordance with the instructions of the Election Commission of India, under the special intensive revision program of voter lists, District Election Officer Qamar Chaudhary did the final publication of voter lists in the presence of representatives of political parties in the Collectorate Auditorium on Saturday. After an increase of 2.78 percent out of total 1060006 voters in the draft voter list in the district, the total number of voters is 1089431, of which males are 586302, females are 503116 and transgenders are 13.
The District Election Officer said that the Special Intensive Revision Program-2026 of voter lists was announced by the Election Commission of India on 27 October 2025. He said that under SIR, after the counting phase from 04 November 2025 to 11 December 2025, the draft voter list was published on 16 December 2025, in which the total number of voters in Bharatpur was 1060006. He said that as per the program issued by the Commission, claims and objections were received from 16 December 2025 to 19 January 2026. During this period, 33301 Form-6, 3744 Form-7 and 11212 Form-8 were received in Bharatpur district. Lists of applications received for claims and objections were prepared by the Electoral Registration Officer in Forms 9, 10, 11, 11A and 11B and a copy of such lists was displayed on the notice board of his office every working day. He said that the lists of claims and objections received every week by the Electoral Registration Officer were shared with the recognized political parties.
Information was also provided regarding these lists being available online on the websites of District Election Officer and Chief Electoral Officer. The District Election Officer said that all the forms received earlier and all the claims and objections received in the period of receiving from 16 December 2025 to 19 January 2026 were disposed of by the Electoral Registration Officer, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer and the final publication of the voter list was done on 21 February 2026.
He said that after an increase of 2.78 percent out of the total 1060006 voters in the draft voter list in the district, the total number of voters is 1089431, of which men are 586302, women are 503116 and transgenders are 13. He said that a soft copy (without photo) and a hard copy of the final voter list-2026 of all the assembly constituencies were made available to the representatives of recognized political parties free of cost by organizing a meeting at the level of the concerned electoral registration officer. These lists are available online on the websites of District Election Officer and Chief Electoral Officer https:@@election.rajasthan.gov.in and https:@@voters.eci.gov.in and any voter can check his name in this list through online epic search.
The District Election Officer said that adding, deleting and amending the entries in the voter list is a continuous process which is going on continuously, for this Form 6 and Declaration (Annexure-4), 7 and 8 can be filled online by visiting ECINet App@Voters Portal (https:@@voters.eci.gov.in) respectively or by contacting the concerned BLO.
He said that the first appeal against the decision of the Electoral Registration Officer regarding any entry in the voter list can be submitted to the District Magistrate within 15 days from the date of final publication and in case of not being satisfied with the decision of the District Magistrate, the second appeal can be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer, Rajasthan within 30 days of the decision of the District Magistrate. On this occasion, Additional Collector Administration and Upazila Election Officer Ghanshyam Sharma, Subdivision Officer Bharatpur Bharti Gupta and related officers and representatives of political parties were present.
Assembly wise position-
District Election Officer said that the total voters in Bharatpur assembly wise are 2 lakh 65 thousand 743, out of which 01 lakh 41 thousand 29 are male and 01 lakh 24 thousand 705 are female, 09 are of third gender. Total voters in Nadbai are 2 lakh 89 thousand 310, out of which 01 lakh 56 thousand 143 are male and 01 lakh 33 thousand 165 are female and 02 are third gender. Total voters in Vair are 2 lakh 69 thousand 792, of which 01 lakh 46 thousand 12 are male and 01 lakh 23 thousand 780 are female. Total voters in Bayana are 2 lakh 64 thousand 586, out of which 01 lakh 43 thousand 118 are male and 01 lakh 21 thousand 466 are female and 02 are third gender.
