New Delhi . Congress leader Salman Khurshid has targeted Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. While talking to , he said that Dharmendra Pradhan’s words are limited only to paper or aerial claims, but he should answer the reality seen on the ground. On the issue of the Strait of Hormuz being open, Salman Khurshid said that initiatives have been taken to keep it open. He claimed that an offer was also made by India in this regard. Khurshid said that when an Iranian boat was sunk here, no complaint was even made by India. Despite this, Iran did not make any allegations against India. He said that Iran is a very liberal country and India-Iran relations are very old. In such a situation, India should express gratitude to Iran. On the issue of alleged donation dispute in Ram temple, he said that those who built the Ram temple should answer for it. He said that everyone has faith in Lord Ram. Some have faith because of being associated with Sanatan Dharma, while others have faith in Lord Ram through their friends or associates.
Salman Khurshid said that those who assert their rights over Ram temple and discuss it everywhere should tell whether they have given importance to money more than the faith of Lord Ram. He said that it is a big question whether the faith in Lord Ram has been forgotten by giving more importance to money.
Responding to Kailash Vijayvargiya’s statement, Salman Khurshid said, “If we do not walk on the road, where should we go? Should we stay in this country or not? What does Kailash Vijayvargiya say, does he understand his statement? The road has been built by Hindus, Muslims and Christians together. Do he know who all have contributed in the construction of the road?”
He further said that there should be talk of the country and not of the road. There should be a discussion on who fought for the independence of the country. He said that when Muslims fought for the independence of the country, no one called them Hindu-Muslim, everyone was called Indians. The countrymen have together built this country, but today there is talk of dividing them.
