Currently this company is working in Delhi-NCR area and is planning to expand its service to other cities of the country in future. Green SM has launched its India operations in the Delhi-NCR region and said it will gradually expand its services. India is Green SM’s fifth international market; Before this, the company has started its service in Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia and Philippines.

To make the journey more comfortable, the company will provide additional facilities to the passengers. Customers will be provided with drinking water, wet tissues and other essential items during the ride to enhance their experience.

Green SM has placed special emphasis on security in its service. The vehicles are fitted with a safety system called ‘Secure-to-Safe’. This includes inside and outside cameras, AI-based features and emergency support buttons for both the driver and passengers.

The company said its drivers are given more than just driving training; They take special training related to handling electric vehicles, road safety and customer service. Its objective is to provide safe and professional service to the passengers.

Green SM runs its service on the basis of ‘Ride 5 Star’ model. This model places special emphasis on vehicle quality, safety standards, driver behavior and customer satisfaction. The company says that it is using this model to provide the same service quality in different countries.
