Gurugram. The team of State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Gurugram today carried out an important trap operation and arrested house guard Irfan, resident of village Bai, Nuh and middleman Abid Hussain, resident of Firozpur Meo, Punhana, Nuh red handed while taking bribe. A case has been registered against both of them under relevant sections of the Anti-Corruption Act and provisions of BNS. While acting on the complaint, ACB Gurugram found that the accused were demanding a bribe of Rs 50,000 from the complainant in exchange for reducing the section in the cyber police station Nuh cases related to her husband and presenting the challan in the court soon. The ACB team systematically sent the complainant Rs 30,000 as demanded bribe. As soon as Abid and Irfan accepted this amount from the complainant, ACB Gurugram team immediately laid siege and caught both of them red-handed in front of Cyber Police Station Nuh. An amount of Rs 30,000 was recovered from the possession of both of them on the spot.
