Bhilwara. Highlighting the importance of cow service and Sanatan culture, this year Gauvardhan Puja Mahotsav will be celebrated with great pomp and devotion in Shri Sanwaliya Seth Temple, Naugaon of Bhilwara. In this festival organized on October 22 at 3.30 pm, respect will be expressed towards mother cow and bulls, the basis of agricultural culture. In the ceremony, special respect will be given to the cowherds who serve selflessly in the cowshed throughout the year. This felicitation ceremony is being organized with the aim of increasing the importance of cow service. Bulls, which are considered the backbone of agriculture and rural economy, will be given special decoration. This will be followed by traditional worship, which expresses gratitude towards nature and livestock. A special offering of lapsi laddu will be offered to Mother Cow, after which the devotees will earn virtuous benefits by doing cow darshan and parikrama. Annakoot Mahotsav will be organized from 5.00 pm, in which Maha Aarti will be performed by offering various types of vegetables. Along with cow darshan, parikrama, vegetable prasad will be distributed to the devotees.
Organizers appealed: Shri Sanwariya Seth Mandir Trust, Naugaon-Bhilwara has respectfully invited all the well-wishers along with their families to participate in this holy festival and receive religious benefits. Another important religious ritual is going to take place in the temple premises. Shivalaya Bhoomi Pujan program will be organized at Shri Sanwariya Temple complex on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 10.00 am. This event will lay the foundation stone for the construction of a new pagoda in the temple complex.
