Shimla, January 9 (). 14 people have died in the accident in Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh, while 35 people have been seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
According to the information, this accident happened near Haripurdhar of Sirmaur district. The bus was going from Kupvi to Shimla. During this the bus fell into a ditch near Haripurdhar.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu expressed grief over the accident and directed the administration to carry out immediate and rapid relief operations.
Regarding the incident, CM Sukhu wrote on social media platform My deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the accident.
He directed the district administration to provide all possible assistance to the families of the deceased and provide best medical care to the injured.
BJP MP from Hamirpur, Anurag Thakur wrote on social media platform
He further wrote that my condolences are with the families of those who lost their lives in this accident. I wish speedy recovery to those injured in this accident.
According to the information, this private bus was going from Shimla to Kupvi. During this time, the bus met with an accident in Haripurdhar. It is being told that there were around 40 to 50 passengers in the bus at the time of the incident. After the incident, local people started rescue and relief operations at their own level.
At the same time, the administration was informed about this incident. The officials associated with the administration have immediately started the rescue operation in this matter. At the same time, the condition of many injured is critical.
